What's Important to our Community
What we Believe
Our minister: Rev. Andrea Harrison
Andrea graduated from Queen's Theological College, and was ordained in May 1997. On August 1st, 1997, she started working full-time with the Williamstown-Martintown Pastoral Charge, and she has been with the Williamstown Congregation since that time. She now works half-time with the congregation, and part-time with the Stormont, Dundas and Glengarry Highlanders Regiment, where she has served as a Reserve Force Chaplain since May 2006. Since May 2012, Andrea has also served as a volunteer member of the General Council executive of the United Church of Canada.
These three aspects of her ministry came together for a memorable worship service on November 9th, 2014, when the then Moderator of the United Church, the Very Rev. Gary Paterson, and the Chaplain General of the Canadian Armed Forces, BGen J Fletcher, were guest participants in the Remembrance Sunday Service / Military Church Parade with the SD&G Highlanders.
